Hello, I’m Nate Tanemori, a highly-versatile, senior-level Designer and hands-on Art Director currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Although I’m skilled in a wide range of media and disciplines, I primarily focus on brand, art direction and graphic design as it pertains to these three core areas:
•  Interaction (UX/UI) design
•  Creative Marketing (marcom) design
•  Presentation (keynote) design
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity of working on a myriad of projects with clients and companies ranging from entrepreneurs and local businesses, to Denver and Silicon Valley tech start-ups to some of its major players (such as Adobe, Apple, Facebook, HP, IBM, IGN, Intuit, LinkedIn, Macy’s, Qwest, Salesforce, Starz, U.S. Bank, VISA, and Westfield Group.) The types of projects have ranged from brand and corporate identity; to websites, mobile and web apps; to all things print and digital—as well as some video and motion graphics.
However, no matter the size of the company or scale of work, I treat each challenge with the same high-level passion, pride, discernment and attention to detail. This process of solving problems from a visual solution perspective and optimal user experience is what continues to drive me everyday.
I'm also an avid outdoorsman and action-adventure sports enthusiast. So when I’m not busy with a design project, you can probably find me somewhere getting out there from sea-to-summit.
Are you searching for a designer for a particular project or to add to your team? Wanting to discuss creativity, business development—or like simply chat about the latest gear or crazy adventure? Just drop me a line below; I’d love to hear from you.

There’s a bit of commonality between design and summiting a giant rock. Both take some research, planning, the right tools or gear, technique, execution, perseverance… and continual observation along the way.
